However, the St. Hubert Poutine left a bit to be desired, with its peculiar watery gravy and odd sour undertones. The abundance of sauce caused the crispy fries to resemble more of a soup-like texture at the dish's base, lacking the quintessential poutine experience. While the service remained commendable, this particular menu item fell short of making a lasting impression and may not be our first choice upon a return visit.
