Kawaii Boba and Delights Our visit left much to be desired. The service was subpar, and the flavors were underwhelming. After just a few sips (as shown in the photo), I had to discard the drinks. This was particularly disappointing given the high cost.
The staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive, yet the cold taro milk tea (with green tea and boba) was remarkably lackluster. The tea lacked depth, the boba was devoid of flavor, and overall, the experience fell short of expectations, especially considering the price. Disheartening indeed.

The inefficiency of the staff in preparing three bubble teas in 25 minutes is disappointing. The suggestion not to order a particular tea due to unprepared tapioca pearls is absurd. The overall service and quality of drinks at this bubble tea shop were subpar, leaving much to be desired. It's a shame that what should have been a delightful experience turned out to be a complete disappointment.
